Budgerigar Base

A basic base for a Buderigar/Parakeet. Contains:
- Shaded base w. highlights/lighting
- Precolored Male and Female ceres for TYPICAL male and female budiges. (That means: Blue cere for males, brown cere for females. - Do note that lutino and albino budgies have different colored ceres. Immature females can also feature a light/ice blue cere, and immature males can have a lightbrown cere.)
- Stripes, cheek spots, etc. can be toggled on/off and edited to fit your idea for your budgie.

By purchasing the lineart you are:
Allowed to use it for whatever you desire, be it OCs, adoptables (Money/points, other stuff). All I ask is you link back to this post in case others would like to obtain the base as well. If I find the base being shared with people who didn't buy it, I will be taking it down.
